This course offers a powerful set of tools and ideas to enhance collaboration and promote empowerment within communities and organizations.
Building on key concepts and clear definitions of roles, explore a diverse toolkit suitable for use by third-party interveners, managers or leaders in a diverse range of organizations, or those who simply want to improve their contribution to group effectiveness. With hands-on exercises and role-plays, plus numerous examples from the participants themselves, examine the personal and professional demands of facilitation, including what it takes to remain centered in conflict situations, and stay grounded when group cohesion seems to be ebbing away.
Receive coaching in the development of leading edge professional techniques to build commitment to shared decisions, as well as aimed at tackling troublesome team and individual behaviours.
