Nancy Ford
Program Director - PLAN Institute
Nancy joined PLAN in 1996 attracted by PLAN's values. As a co-coordinator and mentor for facilitators Nancy has experienced first hand the many facets of social network development and facilitation. She says it's been an honor to work with PLAN families and a privilege to share the many warm and intimate moments with them.

Nancy provided staff leadership in PLAN's Social Audit and in August 2003 joined PLAN Institute as Program Director. Nancy works with the PLAN affiliate organisations and emerging family groups both nationally and internationally providing ongoing consultation and training.
