Organizational Challenge:
At HonuaOla, we have challenged our selves with creating a non-traditional organizational structure—more of a “Dolphin Pod” dynamics of leadership—no one chief, so to speak.
While this has worked fairly well for the gestation period and a bit of HonuaOla’s infancy, if this organization is to learn to walk, we will likely need adjustment in our course. WE would be interested to hear of other alternative leadership structure experiments--how they work, if they work, and if they do not, why.
