Julian Griggs is one of the founding Principals of Dovetail Consulting Inc., and has been a regular trainer and facilitator for the Hollyhock Leadership Institute since its inception. He is fascinated by the dynamics of groups and cross-cultural interactions, intrigued by complex alliances involving asymmetrical power, and takes perverse pleasure from engaging in messes involving people, land and resources, and collaborative decision-making arrangements. His current projects take him from BC's coast to the Northern transboundary region, and recently as far afield as southern Africa. Julian lives in Vancouver with his partner, Eva, and their three daughters.
