Ian Curtin is President of IC Possibilities Consulting Inc. a Victoria based company specializing in facilitating dialogues within and between organizations, relational leadership and teamwork and the art of living change. Ian is committed to helping people work effectively together without anyone being discounted in the process.
Ian is an experienced consultant and facilitator with an extensive background in labour, business and government. He started his career as a staff representative for the United Steelworkers of America where he was engaged in a variety of social justice campaigns ranging from improving pension and health and safety legislation to job retraining for isolated communities. In addition to his facilitation company, Ian currently serves as the Project Director for the Contact Project, an initiative to identify a specific charitable personal development program that would foster social change. Initial research has included a range of interviews with social activists/innovators and conveners. We are discovering their perspective of what is needed in the area of relational leadership that would well serve the social change movement.
