Deena Chochinov, M.Ed. is an organizational development consultant, a management coach and a Registered Clinical Counselor based in Vancouver, British Columbia.  Over the last 20 years, she has held roles as an internal and external consultant to private, public and not-for-profit clients. She coaches mid and senior-level managers, focusing on issues of leadership, team effectiveness, human resources and dealing with change.  Her training and certifications in career consultation, leading organizational/ personal transition, Emotional Intelligence(r) and counseling psychology help her to pay attention to her clients' specific needs and unique concerns.  Her experience has taught her many critical skills, including how to really listen.  In addition to performance coaching, Deena also offers training and consultation services to values-based organizations who are leaders in corporate social responsibility.  These include: HR management, design and facilitation of training programs, and strategic direction and planning.
