Deena Chochinov, M.Ed. is an organizational and management consultant and coach based in Vancouver, British Columbia.  

Over the last 20 years, she has held roles as an internal and external consultant to private, public and not-for-profit clients.  She coaches mid and senior-level managers, focusing on issues of leadership, team effectiveness, human resources and dealing with change.  Deena excels at uncovering organizational and leadership blocks, while providing simple and effective tools for moving issues forward.
