- Limitless loving intention to bring positive transformation
- 3/4- or 1-inch PVC piping, at least 125-200 pounds per sq. inch (psi). This can be bought at your local hardware store in 100-ft rolls, which makes about eight hoops.
- 3/4- or 1-inch 'joiners' to match the pipe size (Go for the shortest joiner you can find; they are plastic with little 'teeth' that grab.)
- Colourful electrician's tape for patterns
- Very sharp knife (or special pipe cutter for big jobs)
- Vaseline for lubing the joiner (optional)
Directions
- Breathe. Open your heart to the world.
- Measure out a hoop just below heart height (takes about 11-12 feet of piping for an adult).
- Cut end on a firm surface.
- Lubricate one end of the joiner and insert it into one end of the pipe. Lube the other end of the joiner and push the other end of the pipe into it firmly, as far as it will go.
- Tape up the join with electrician's tape (black works best to hide the join).
- Consider the interconnection of the universe. Get inspired for a design. Give it a little whirl—go on, you know you want to!! Adjust as necessary to form a circle.
- Decorate your hoop to your heart’s content! Planet stickers, sparkly tape, spirals, sacred colours, words of power, a rainbow...
