This experiential training is designed for women activists, philanthropists, business and non-profit leaders. An integrated format will enable you to tap into the unique feminine qualities and opportunities of leadership:

• Cultivate relational intelligence
• Improve communications sensitivities and skills
• Investigate challenges with competition, power and hierarchy
• Explore internal gender balance-the equilibrium of rigor and compassion, structure and chaos
• Develop clarity around inner purpose, and connect purpose with leadership style

We’ll explore how to most effectively transform ourselves and the world by integrating the wisdom of heart, hand and intuition.
