Building effective and strategic campaigns is essential. We know there are few endeavors more significant than asking people for support. The arguments people believe, the causes they dedicate to, the organizations they join, and the candidates they vote for are all personal expressions of support.
This workshop is designed to help you run more effective and strategic campaigns. We will examine best practices in citizen engagement through case studies and campaign tools. This will include the methodology of campaign planning, strategy (target, communicate, mobilize), and relationship-building.
We will move from new learning into hands-on practice. Through the workshop you will build an actual campaign plan and receive both peer and facilitator support and feedback. The goal is for you to leave with new knowledge that can be put into practice immediately.
This Workshop Is For: Non-profit campainers, union members, volunteers, community organizers.
Please Note: This traning does not focus on political party organizing or candidecy training
