A program of Hollyhock Centre & sponsored by Hollyhock Leadership
Explore advanced strategies for group empowerment and collaboration. Building on Hollyhock’s popular Art and Craft of Facilitation program, one of BC’s most respected facilitators will lead an exploration into the more challenging aspects of facilitation practice using case studies based on real life examples.
Participants will experiment with structured discussion frameworks, learn how to cultivate an environment for strategic thinking, apply conflict analysis techniques, develop approaches for working effectively in cross-cultural environments, and clarify the essential ingredients for working in diverse coalitions.
This is a hands-on course for those with previous facilitation experience, leaders, and those involved in managing collaborative processes and are interested in helping groups each their full potential.
Previous attendance at one of Hollyhock’s facilitation programs is required, or prior approval from the presenter. Julian Griggs
