Art of Leadership Level II

Take home effective tools to manage and develop the capacities of those with whom you work and learn how to use power effectively to produce more results with less energy.  Practice skillful ways of engaging the hearts and minds of others.

Harvard-trained psychologist Robert Gass leads us through practical training in:

• Developing your capacities as visionary & strategic leader
• Building and grounding your power as a leader
• Fundamentals of coaching as a tool for building the capacity of the people within your organization
• Practices of organizational excellence including; organizational planning, performance management, hiring, etc.
  
• Mind/Body wellness practices and the development of a personal change program
  

You will receive an extensive manual of materials and tools to support your ongoing work as leaders, and you participate in an expanded online 360-degree leadership assessment. In addition, you will receive 3 weeks of daily practices via email following the course. Participants will be assigned a peer coach to help support the integration of the teachings into your daily life.

Enrollment is limited to graduates of the Art of Leadership, or by permission of instructor.

Robert Gass, Ed.D.,
is an internationally recognized consultant, coach and seminar leader, teaching at institutions ranging from Esalen to Brown University.
