Transformational Coaches Training

A program of Hollyhock Centre & sponsored by Hollyhock Leadership
 
Using ourselves and our real life situations as content, we will engage in an intensive experiential learning laboratory.  You will have the opportunity to make powerful shifts in your own experience and effectiveness, while learning to support others in creating both the inner states and outer results they desire.
 
Sessions will integrate :

• Transformational coaching theory and model
• Presence, deep listening & compassion
• Alignment coaching
• Dissolving limited beliefs and identity
• Contracting and goal setting
• Engaging creativity and building positive vision
• Radical self responsibility
• Accessing inner wisdom

This course is equally well-suited for therapists, coaches, leaders, supervisors, managers, and activists, as well as all those who wish to improve their ability to mentor, support and guide others.

Judith Ansara Gass
has been training therapists, coaches, leaders and change agents for over 30 years.
She is Co-founder of the Peacemaker Institute Trainings in Boulder, Colorado.  Judith and her husband Robert Gass (Art of Leadership and Sharing the Path) have co-evolved the theory and skills in their courses over decades of collaboration.
