Hons B.A. (Co-op), M.B.A., C.P.C.C., is a Certified Coach whose 19 year career includes IT management in the financial services sector, software sales and marketing, training, facilitation, business planning and executive coaching. With endless enthusiasm, Mary Ellen supports senior management to confidently navigate transitions, be they external changes (responding to economic and competitive upheaval), or internally driven (succession planning and changes in key leadership roles).

Mary Ellen’s international coaching practice of four years includes C-level executives of large corporations, entrepreneurs, and other professionals. The focus of her group coaching ranges from moving teams towards workplace harmony, to strategic visioning and planning. Her impact on organizations has enabled leaders and organizations to develop their potential, lead from their strengths, and excel.

To her work Mary Ellen brings all of who she is personally and professionally. She is an entrepreneur, successful real estate investor, past co-chair for a $15M non-profit, marathon runner, and mom of an awesome young girl. Mary Ellen is also an MBA graduate (University of British Columbia), certified coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and certified practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming. She has completed all Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) courses, an advanced program through the Center for Right Relationship and CTI, and is also co-leader of the Vancouver ORSC Community.

What Mary Ellen most loves is helping her clients get clarity on where they are now and where they want to go. What's most rewarding is seeing them get there.
