Our programs are for people who are working for social change.

If you are employed or volunteering to create change in your community, region, country or internationally, we offer programs that may help you increase your success and ignite your passion. Common goals of participants are to:

• Increase their personal and professional effectiveness
• Learn how to accomplish more with limited resources
• Make their work a sustainable life practice

Past participants include executive directors, grassroots organizers, First Nations leaders, volunteers and staff from a wide range of environmental and progressive social organizations such as Sierra Club Foundation, Council of Canadians, Council of the Haida Nation and many others.

Because change makers come from all walks of life, we encourage participants from a diversity of cultures, genders, age groups issues and geographic regions to attend our programming.
